Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time. Each thrower needs a waiver valid on the visit date; you can pay before everyone signs.
Cancellation requests at least seven days before your reservation are eligible for a full refund, subject to management approval. Your reservation stays in place until management approves the cancellation.
With at least 24 hours but less than seven days of notice, contact management for credit. Credits expire after one year. Requests within 24 hours and no-shows require staff review.
Basic lane reservations can be rescheduled online when both the current and new start times are at least 24 hours away. After rescheduling, online cancellation is unavailable; contact management for help. Moving a booking never resets refund eligibility.
Individually quoted parties require staff assistance for changes. Additional charges are explained before a bill is sent; changes that lower the price require management approval.
